I have been with TBR and the wonderful Julia Zammito for over 2 years. I work out with her 4 morning a week and love every minute of it. There is hard work and sweat, grunts and groans. We do our morning work outs at the beach looking and listening to the gulf coming ashore. It is tranquil. At the same time there is a friendship with the others working out and even laughter. I am no youngster… and after 27 years of naval service, I gained an extra 100 pounds. I can see my before and after photos on the web page and I love it! I got into better nutrition and eating habits and my body changed drastically and I am a changed person. I went back to some bad habits and gained back some weight but Julia did not yell at me. Julia continues to guide me so I can reach my goals again. She cannot make us change. It comes from within. She gives us a direction with great workouts and guidelines on better eating. I feel great mentally, I feel stronger physically. I have come a long way from where I was a couple of years ago. I know Julia has not done this alone and there are times we have someone else leading us and it is still a great workout. But, Julia and TBR are the key, the hub, the anchor, that keeps us coming back. Thank you Julia and TBR. I know my life would be different without TBR.
