By filling out and submitting the form below you agree to the following:

TERMS & CONDITIONS: TOTAL BODY RESULTS LLC. BOOT CAMP MEMBER / PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND FULL RELEASE FROM LIABILITY OF TOTAL BODY RESULTS BOOT CAMP, OR IT’S EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OFFICERS,OR OWNER. PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGES THESE PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES INVOLVES THE INHERENT RISK OF PHYSICAL INJURIES OR OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, HEART ATTACKS, MUSCLE STRAINS, PULLS OR TEARS, BROKEN BONES, SHIN SPLINTS, HEART PROSTRATION, KNEE/LOWER BACK/FOOT INJURIES AND ANY OTHER ILLNESS, SORENESS, OR INJURY HOWEVER CAUSED, OCCURRING DURING OR AFTER PARTICIPANT PARTICIPATION IN THE PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES. TOTAL BODY RESULTS BOOT CAMP MEMBER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT SUCH RISKS INCLUDE, BUT AR NOT LIMITED TO, INJURIES CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF AN INSTRUCTOR OR OTHER PERSON, DEFECTIVE OR IMPROPERLY USED EQUIPMENT, OVER-EXERTION OF A TOTAL BODY RESULTS BOOT CAMP MEMBER, SLIP AND FALL BY TOTAL BODY RESULTS BOOT CAMP MEMBER OR AN UNKNOWN HEALTH PROBLEM OF TOTAL BODY RESULTS BOOT CAMP MEMBER. TOTAL BODY RESULTS BOOT CAMP MEMBER AGREES TO ASSUME ALL RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY INVOLVED WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES, TOTAL BODY RESULTS BOOT CAMP MEMBER AFFIRMS THAT TOTAL BODY RESULTS BOOT CAMP MEMBER IS IN GOOD PHYSICAL CONDITION AND DOES NOT SUFFER FROM ANY DISABILITY THAT WOULD PREVENT OR LIMIT PARTICIPATION IN THE PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES. TOTAL BODY RESULTS BOOT CAMP MEMBER ACKNOWLEDGES PARTICIPATION WILL BE PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY CHALLENGING, AND TOTAL BODY RESULTS BOOT CAMP MEMBER AGREES THAT IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF TOTAL BODY RESULTS BOOT CAMP MEMBER TO SEEK COMPETENT MEDICAL OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE, REGARDING ANY CONCERNS OR QUESTIONS INVOLVED WITH THE ABILITY OF PARTICIPANT TO TAKE PART IN TOTAL BODY RESULTS BOOT CAMP ACTIVITIES. BY SIGNING AGREEMENT BELOW, TOTAL BODY RESULTS BOOT CAMP MEMBER / PARTICIPANT ASSERT THAT HE OR SHE IS CAPABLE OF PARTICIPATING IN THE PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES. TOTAL BODY RESULTS BOOT CAMP MEMBER AGREES TO ASSUME ALL RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR NOT EXCEEDING HIS OR HER PHYSICAL LIMITS. PARTICIPANT UNDERSTANDS PHOTOS OR VIDEO MAY BE TAKEN DURING THE COURSE OF MY INVOLVEMENT IN BOOT CAMP, WHICH MAY BE USED FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES. TOTAL BODY RESULTS BOOT CAMP MEMBER/PARTICIPANT UNDERSTANDS THAT HE/SHE IS ENTITLED TO A 30 DAY UNCONDITIONAL MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. IF AT ANY TIME DURING THE FIRST 30 DAYS OF MEMBERSHIP, TOTAL BODY RESULTS CAMP MEMBER/PARTICIPANT IS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE TOTAL BODY RESULTS BOOT CAMP, THEN TOTAL BODY RESULTS BOOT CAMP MEMBER/PARTICIPANT WILL SEND NOTIFICATION VIA EMAIL TO INFO@TOTALBODYRESULTS.COM REQUESTING A FULL REFUND.

What should I expect at Total Body Results Fitness Boot Camp?

Each Boot Camp workout will be a fun and unique challenge! You will work individually, in partners and in teams to accomplish the routine of the day. Each session will go through a warm up, progressive exercises and drills, abdominal work, and a proper cool down including stretches. You will be cued on proper form and technique to ensure safety and proper results. In addition, variations will be assigned when a movement is contraindication to your demographic.

 

What to bring to Boot Camp each day?

Besides a fun attitude, you will be required to bring a set of dumbbells (5, 8, or 10 lbs.), a large towel or mat, a sweat towel and a full water bottle. All other equipment needed to perform drills, exercises will be provided. Breathable, athletic attire and a quality pair of cross-training gym shoes are recommended. Sunglasses and/or a hat or visor aren’t a bad idea either! If its colder out dress in layers, a hat and gloves help too.

 

Where and when will we meet?

Beach Boot Camp will be held at Redington Shores Public Beach Access where we will begin promptly at 6:00 am every Mon, Wed & Fri morning AND Walsingham Park Shelter #6 at 6:00 pm Mon, Wed & Th evenings and Mon, Wed Fri & Sat mornings at 9:00 am. Each session lasts for 60 minutes.

For the  6am classes we will be meeting at 182nd Ave. N Redington Shores Public Beach access (across from The Friendly Tavern & next to Bad Ass Coffee).

For the 9am, 6pm classes we will meet at Walsingham Park 12615 102nd Ave. N. Shelter # 6

*For all participants, you are encouraged to leave personal belongings in your vehicle. We will hold keys in a central spot so you do not have to worry about lugging them around. Also, the sand and view makes for a perfect workout environment. Be prepared to work hard and therefore get a little sandy!

 

What if it rains?

This is Boot Camp and we will work out in the rain! However, not the heavy cold stuff! We don’t want you to be uncomfortable for 60 minutes or be at risk for catching a cold. If its heavily raining, we will meet:


*6AM class: The large pavilion behind Bad Ass Coffee
*9AM & 6PM: Pavilion at Walsingham Park

 

Please scoop this place out so you will know where our go-to spot will be in case of a rain day. We do try to send out a text message to notify everyone of our where about- If you don’t see anyone at our normal meeting spot…. Most likely we are at the “rain spots”.
