Danielle started her fitness journey early in life. Always passionate about dance, she would spend hours at a time choreographing performances in her play room. By high school, she began paying close attention to nutrition and started a strict regimen of running and core training.
Danielle believes that exercise and proper nutrition are the only medications one needs. She takes a “no excuses” approach, and believes that everyone can attain their fitness goals with discipline. Danielle takes pride in helping others find their inner strength, and strives to keep them motivated along their journey.
Danielle has been a certified Zumba fitness and Zumba Toning instructor since 2007. She obtained the ISSA personal trainer certification, and is CPR certified. Danielle joined the Total Body Results family in 2011. When not instructing, you can find Danielle attending boot camp.
