When you attend a workout, every part of your body gets trained, including your heart. How is that possible in only 60 minutes? Julia is an “encyclopedia” of exercises, many of which she developed herself.

The exercises are designed to work more than one body part. So when you’re working your triceps, you’re also working your quads, for example. Julia is the first trainer I’ve had who helped me get rid of my love handles. To put it succinctly, Julia knows how to find and burn flab.
