Back in the good old cheerleading days we had a term called “marking your movements”. When we marked a movement, we simply would not do the elements full out in order to save energy for a complete sequence. When this time came, coach yelled: “NO MARKING YOUR MOVEMENTS!” We knew we had to BRING IT!

One can easily “mark a movement” at Boot Camp, in the gym or while doing outdoor cardio. It’s easy to simply go through the movements, especially when we are tired and our bodies try to help us 😉

When pushing weights or executing any exercise– Put your ALL into each. PUSH HARD, breath and FOCUS, keeping your eye on the prize (Your fitness goals). You will be rewarded both mentally & physically as your body & mind become stronger. This empowerment will lead to constant improvement.

While training this week and here on after, don’t mark just your movements…..

BRING IT!
