Welcome to 2010! I wanted to give you some information to help kick off the New Year right!
-First decide what your goals are
-Make a Plan & Believe in it! I Believe in You!
-Write it down, post it on your bathroom mirror and/or anywhere you will look everyday to be a constant reminder
-Hang those older pictures of yourself up for motivation! You know the ones you look at and say “I looked so good then!” Or find pictures that inspire you and plaster those up where you look everyday!
-Get all the Holiday food and treats out of the house! Bring them to work, give to a neighbor or donate to your local food bank or church
-Have someone keep you accountable (Boot Camp & Personal Training is a great way to keep you accountable and on track!)
-Set short term weekly goals and deadlines-Because you have specific goals and due dates, you are less prone to falling in the “I’ll start next week” trap For Example:I’m going to lose 2 lbs. this week and do a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio four times per week.
-Get back to the basics… Proper Nutrition, Supplements, Water intake, Eat 5-6 small meals per day, Pack a cooler & Plan your meals
-Finally the most important… COMMIT! Make a commitment to your plan!
