Chicken Wrap With Shredded Carrots
*Ready in 10 minutes *Make 2 servings
6 ounces chicken breasts, sliced into strips
2 medium carrots, shredded (to save to purchase pre-shredded)
6 slices avocado
2 oz low-fat cheese (optional)
2 whole-grain flour tortillas
Distribute all ingredients into tortillas evenly. Warm up in microwave for 45 seconds, if desired. Serve
You can get real creative with this one! Play around with various veggies. I’ll often add a small amount of Drew’s Italian dressing– Delicious!
