Seminole City Park

6 PM’s & Sat. 9 am

In our group personal training setting, we work closely with each participant to ensure proper form & give movement variations.

We incorporate key components including cardio, weight training, core work & flexibility into each workout. No two workouts are the same! All fitness levels welcome! At Boot Camp, everyone works at their own pace & we have a BLAST!
