What should I expect at Total Body Results Fitness Boot Camp?
Each Boot Camp workout will be a fun and unique challenge! You will work individually, in partners and in teams to accomplish the routine of the day. Each session will go through a warm up, progressive exercises and drills, abdominal work, and a proper cool down including stretches. You will be cued on proper form and technique to ensure safety and proper results. In addition, variations will be assigned when a movement is contraindicationto your demographic.
What to bring to Boot Camp each day?
Besides a fun attitude, you will be required to bring a set of dumbbells (5, 8, or 10 lbs.), a large towel or mat, a sweat towel and a full water bottle. All other equipment needed to perform drills, exercises will be provided. Breathable, athletic attire and a quality pair of cross-training gym shoes are recommended. Sunglasses and/or a hat or visor aren’t a bad idea either! If its colder out dress in layers, a hat and gloves help too.
Where and when will we meet?
Beach Boot Camp will be held at Redington Shores Public Beach Access where we will begin promptly at 6:00 am M/W & F;
The weekday am classes meet at 182nd Ave. N Redington Shores Public Beach access (across from The Friendly Tavern & next to Bad Ass Coffee).
5:30 pm M/W & Th &Sat.at 9:00 am. Each session lasts for 60 minutes. 5:30 pm M/W & Th &Saturday classes meet at Walsingham Park 12615 102nd Ave. N. Shelter # 6
*For all participants, you are encouraged to leave personal belongings in your vehicle. We will hold keys in a central spot so you do not have to worry about lugging them around. Also, the sand and view makes for a perfect workout environment. Be prepared to work hard and therefore get a little sandy!
What if it rains?
This is Boot Camp and we will work out in the rain! However, not the heavy cold stuff! We don’t want you to be uncomfortable for 60 minutes or be at risk for catching a cold. If its heavily raining, we will meet:
*AM class: The large pavilion behind Bad Ass Coffee
*PM & Saturday: Pavilion at Walsingham Park
Please scope this place out so you will know where our go-to spot will be in case of a rain day. We do try to send out a text message to notify everyone of our where about- If you don’t see anyone at our normal meeting spot…. Most likely we are at the “rain spots”.
