Don’t forget the water– This is #1 because it’s so easy to become dehydrated while shopping. Pack a water– You can always throw it in a bag. Make an effort to drink it and refuel when you run out. In addition to being my #1 tip, staying hydrated will help with mental clarity, higher energy levels, less fatigue, improvement of the joints and even lower back pain!
Wear athletic shoes– I promise you when you wear athletic shoes you go FASTER! Don’t believe me… TRY IT!

When I was 12 years old all I wanted for Christmas was dumbbells! And Santa came through with a set of 5 lbs-15lbs dumbbells! This fitness gift launched me into a lifetime of weight training and biceps lol!
