There are many of us surrounded by those that doubt
They’ve seen us try the latest exercise fad or diet and burn-out
They’ve even pushed us that its ok to cheat
And we do, will power gone in defeat!
But change is NOW with the TBR boot camp teams
The total body results are inline with our goals and dreams
Each day is a new day and we have a choice
With a new attitude you will silence the doubter’s voice!
At camp we’re motivated and mentally and physically challenged, but do not quit
For That thing that “couldn’t be done”,
You will see that you have just done it!!!

-If you care at all, you’ll get some results. If you care enough, you’ll get incredible results. It’s in the mental attittude AND physical work AND diet….That’s TOTAL BODY !! …just sayin… 🙂
-The first part of success is Get-to-it-iveness; the second part of success is Stick-to-it-iveness. Hahaha! Just that easy! Let’s get to it this week!!!
-The tragedy in life doesn’t lie in not reaching your goal. The tragedy lies in having no goal to reach. Have you written down your boot camp goals? Set them, write them, exceed them!! And for the advanced boot campers, raise the bar!!!
-People often say that motivation doesn’t last. Well, neither does bathing – that’s why we recommend it daily 🙂
-One of the first steps to success is having a goal and sticking to it!!! Stick with it and continue to work hard and you will get dramatic results!!! Here’s a win-win tip: it’s 80% diet!!! Eat right, eat clean, and sweat every day!!! Great job!!
THANKS KEN! Time to take action, rethink fitness and make sure that your thoughts only consist of what you want to have happen! This is going to take some time and effort to make it a habit, but by doing this, it will change everything! Having control of your thoughts will become natural in only a matter of time, thus leaving you more motivated than ever!Thoughts lead to feelings, which lead to actions, which lead to results!
The important thing, is to take action. “Exercise is cumulative. Each time you do it, the benefits add to the last.
And to make sure you keep at it, choose an activity that fits into your schedule and that you enjoy.

Julia nice surprise with this motivation compilation!! I am human like everyone else! I do lay there when the alarm goes off at 5am as excuses for NOT going to camp build in my mind. But I think about my goals, I self motivate and I get my butt out of bed!! Plus the morning class is brutal if you miss!!! So the TEAM concept helps as well!! I am sure we all have friends or surroundings where people don’t think you can do it! You know what, that’s their limitation and not yours!! By being in camp we have all taken a step that others have not! Let’s keep doing what “doubters” have not, and we will be successful!! If you fall, get back up the other campers are here for your support!! I am a big voice for TBR boot camp because I have personally tried doing it on my own, tried the gym, I ordered P90x that sat on my desk!!! I’ve tried it, and the best results, quickest results, have been in this boot camp!!! Listen to the other success stories!! The question isn’t if this works, but are your goals important enough to you that you will commitment to the recommended regimement, which includes eating right, so you may reach those goals??? It’s up to you!
