Spring has arrived! It’s time to take advantage of the rising temperatures and longer days. Fitness expert Julia Zammito shows Daytime viewers how to head outside to liven up your workout routine. Not only can you run, bike, etc outdoors, you can also knock out a quick 20-minute workout. Here is a program you can do outdoors that does not require any additional equipment. You will love this workout!

Perform each exercise for 90 seconds. Finish all of the exercises, take a one-minute break, and then repeat

Walking Lunges
Side Shuffle
Push Up on the Bench
Tricep Dips on the Bench
Pistol Squats on the Bench
