Within the last month on Daytime, viewers were introduced to Kristy Acuff, a woman who’s about to change her life. With help from Dr. Srinivas Iyengar, nutritionist Tina Ruggiero, and me, Kristy plans to quit smoking, lose 40 pounds and get into the best shape of her life!
